Introspection led us to question our identity, seeking to give a deeper meaning to our business. From this process, a clear social impact mission was forged. Beyond creating exceptional learning experiences, we aspire to inspire and equip educators to unleash the full potential of every child. This bold vision, supported by our corporate values, naturally led us to pursue B Corp certification.

We have set up four committees to support our ambitions and allow us to achieve certification and reach the objectives we have set ourselves.
Supported by their members, our CSR ambassadors, the committees act as pillars to improve our responsibility in numerous areas.
Environment Committee
The Environment Committee is dedicated to initiatives that have a positive impact on the environment. This includes an environmental policy, calculating our GHG emissions when we travel, weighing our waste, optimizing recycling processes, and managing dangerous waste and supplies.
JEDI Committee
The EDI committee strives to make Lü a caring and inclusive workplace by confronting stereotypes, prejudices, and unconscious biases and implementing initiatives that promote equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Community Committee
The Community Committee is responsible for setting up volunteer initiatives in the community and structuring the donation process.
Wellness Committee
The Wellness Committee’s mission is to implement initiatives that benefit our employees’ health, safety, and overall well-being.
Beyond certification, this journey symbolizes our commitment to a corporate philosophy based on greater, ongoing social responsibility.
