AWS provides servers and document hosting services for Lü Community.

All user-uploaded content (files, images) is hosted by AWS. Application code is hosted on AWS servers, but no personal information is stored there.

Mixpanel allows us to manage and monitor teacher interactions with our systems.

Lü records event data related to system usage in Mixpanel to better understand user behaviour and diagnose issues within our applications. No personal data is stored in Mixpanel. No data from other user types is sent to Mixpanel.

Zoho Desk allows us to organize and respond to support requests.

As part of the support request process, Lü shares with Zoho Desk the email addresses of teachers who submit requests, as well as the content of those requests (e.g., bug reports and other support centre inquiries). Users may also provide information directly to Zoho Desk while communicating with a customer service representative.

Used by Lü for internal emails, documents, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.

Lü uses Google services to store its own emails and files. In the course of using these services, Lü may share personal information with Google — for example, if a user sends an email to an employee to request support.

Internal project management platform used to organize staff work.

Asana is a work management platform that allows us to organize projects and tasks across our teams. We use it to manage our product development.

Internal resource management platform for our company.

Odoo is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system used by Lü to manage daily operations such as accounting, purchasing, project management, risk management and compliance, and supply chain operations.

Used to manage and track conversations with prospective and existing clients.

Lü retains copies of email exchanges and client information, including name, email address, mailing/physical address, and organization name. Lü also retains records of client activity on public-facing platforms (such as our website), but not within our products or applications. User information is not stored on or transferred through Zoho.

As part of investigating and resolving bug reports or other technical support requests, Lü team members collaborate via Slack messaging.
